APPOINTMENTS
Upon booking online appointments with us an active debit / credit card is necessary to secure bookings. We use a safe digital card capturing system - Clients card details are not visible. When booking via telephone a Little Rebel team member will manually add clients card details into our booking system. Clients are sent a confirmation email upon booking with an access widget granting clients access to reschedule or cancel any upcoming appointments over 24 hours prior to their booking. Clients are sent a reminder of appointments via SMS 48 hours prior to their booking. If the 24 hour period has lapsed clients will be unable to cancel their bookings manually via the email portal.
Service Charges / cancellation terms
Cancelations under 24 hours including not showing a 60% charge of the haircutting service booked is charged to clients debit / credit card and invoiced. A 50% deposit is required for hair colour appointents- cancellations under 48 hours deposit will be lost. Amount is optional to be settled in-store. This is simply to cover the rising cost in staff wages and uphold employment security. Little Rebel has a client waitlist for appointments.

Public holiday surcharge
Staff working on public holidays are paid according to public holiday entitlements VIC. Little Rebels P/H surcharge is 15% of service.

Little Rebel Barbershop is a safe space - We uphold an inclusive and fun safe environment in which people and pets can feel confident to explore their identity and will not be exposed to any type of harassment, judgement, criticism and discrimination of any sort. Clients and staff are treated with dignity, equality and respect.
